  • Renter is responsible for the set-up

Non-Member - $250*
$50 acts as a refundable security deposit

             -If you opt for HGOP clean up, the church keeps the security deposit
  • An additional $50 to use the kitchen space only

Meetings
Conference Room only - $20 per hour or $150 for the entire day*
  • Entire day = 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Conference Room + Kitchen - $35 per hour or $250 for entire day*
  • Entire day = 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Renter is responsible for kitchen clean-up

Bronze Package - $100
  • Includes Sanctuary + 4-Hour Hall Rental

  • Includes Rehearsal
  • Includes use of kitchen space only
  • Renter is responsible for set-up, decorations, and clean-up

Silver Package - $125
  • Includes Sanctuary + 4-Hour Hall Rental
  • Includes HGOP Minister
  • Includes Rehearsal
  • Includes use of the kitchen, table linens, and conference room
  • Renter is responsible for set-up, decorations, and clean-up

Gold Package - $150
  • Includes Sanctuary + 4-Hour Hall Rental
  • Includes HGOP Minister
  • Includes Rehearsal
  • Includes use of the HGOP kitchen, table linens, and conference room
  • Includes clean up by HGOP Church Staff
             - We only ask you to pack away any centerpieces and decorations after the reception is complete.
  • Renter is still responsible for set-up and decorations.
  • Optional: HGOP Kitchen Committee will help serve your food buffet style for $15 per hour
*$5 per additional hour after 4-hour rental time

Non-Member
